The project included planning, differential airborne GPS/IMU-controlled color photography, LIDAR DEM, establishing and observing tide gage stations throughout the airborne acquisitions, ground control, aerotriangulation, and map compilation. The project required color aerial photography at 1:24,000 over the entire project area and at 1:12,000 for shoreline 10 miles on either side of the villages. Tide-coordinated LiDAR data with 2-meter post spacing covering the overall project and 1-meter post spacing at the two villages was also acquired. The project was completed in 2006. |
