BENEFITS
Aero-Metric's Benefits Package includes:
(Note: As a new full-time employee, you are eligible to participate in our benefits the first of the month following the date of hire.)
- Medical Insurance - Aero-Metric pays two-thirds of the premium cost. Two deductible choices are offered using a Preferred Provider Network based on office location.
- Prescription drug coverage is included with the medical plans.
- Dental Insurance - Aero-Metric's dental plan is self-administered. The company pays approximately one-half the monthly premium. All claims are processed at 80% following a $25 annual deductible with a processed claim limit of $1,140 in a plan year.
- Vision Plan - completely voluntary. Two options available - full-service which includes the exam or a materials only option. Best discounts are realized using a preferred provider network.
- Life Insurance - Aero-Metric provides a core life coverage of one times annual salary. In addition, the company provides two times annual salary Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage and $5,000 spouse/$2,500 dependent life coverage. Additional voluntary coverages are available.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Healthcare and Dependent Care.
- Short-Term Disability Coverage - three day waiting period, with coverage extending to 180 days. Covered at 100% for first 30 days, then 50% plus five percent for each year of service.
- Long-Term Disability Coverage - Aero-Metric pays 100% of the monthly premium. Benefits begin following 180 days of short-term disability.
- 40l(k) Salary Savings and Retirement Plan - Administered by Marshall & Ilsley Trust and Investments. Employees eligible to defer up to 25% of income on a pre-tax basis. Aero-Metric will match 80% of a participating employee's contributions up to an annual maximum of 6% of employee's pay. Immediate automatic eligibility at 4%.
- Personal Time - accrues at 2 hours per week from date of hire to end of the fifth year of service; accrues at 2.77 hours per week from 6th year through the 15th year of service; accrues at 3.54 hours per week from 16th year through 25th year of service; accrues at 4.31 hours per week following completion of 25th year of service.
