Large Scale Mapping

A large scale map shows a relatively smaller region in greater detail. These topographic and planimetric maps may be used for decision making, analysis and engineering design. In some cases the maps are a new product, and in other cases we are called in to prepare a map update. Increasing the scale allows more features to be represented—with the level of detail being carefully tailored to meet each clients' particular solution needs.

Solution Process

AeroMetric will select the appropriate technology—digital camera imaging, LiDAR, satellite, airborne GPS, IMU to acquire your mapping data. We also use time-tested accuracy verification and adjustment techniques during production, to ensure that our large scale mapping solutions are cost-effective and reliable.
