Aero-Metric's Quality Through Teamwork (QTT) program is a total quality process that began years ago as a result of our focus on client satisfaction and our need for a uniform definition of quality. The success of QTT is based on a total commitment to action by management as well as the involvement of every Aero-Metric employee. This commitment is not just for today, tomorrow, or next week; it is a journey that will continue as we grow into the future. Our Quality Policy provides the focus for QTT: Aero-Metric is dedicated to providing quality services. We will provide these services to clients and fellow employees, conforming to clearly defined, agreed-upon requirements every time. Our definition of quality is: Conformance to requirements. We want you, our clients, to understand the nature of our quality process, and to recognize that you will be involved throughout your project. We will work together in defining and understanding your requirements. Quality at Aero-Metric involves everyone!
CODE OF ETHICS
Aero-Metric subscribes to the Codes of Ethics of the professional and trade associations to which we belong:
PHOTOGRAMMETRIC STANDARDS
Aero-Metric relies upon standards for all our work. Standards are clearly established rules. Though the complete set of standards may be lengthy, they are easily referenced, are consistent, and provide reliable levels of acceptance for the client and for our production staff. Deviations from those standards must be absolutely clear to the client and our staff. Aero-Metric has adopted the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Design Manual for Photogrammetric Mapping (Corps Manual) to guide us in our aerial photography, control, orthophoto, mapping and cartographic work.
